Shipping
We ship everywhere in Australia and Internationally. All orders are shipped Standard Post with tracking details.
Australia – Free standard shipping to Australian addresses. Items are sent via Australia Post (unless specified in order notes or via email).
International – Postage for international retail orders are automatically calculated based on the destination and weight and are sent via Australian Post. Please note, we do not take responsibility for your country's customs - time it takes to process items and charges they may enforce. If you think this may be a foreseeable problem, please let us know when placing order.
We endeavour to ship all orders the day after your order has been received. Please note custom orders, changes to necklace lengths and personalised gifts may take a like longer to make and pack.
If you are in a rush to receive, please contact us before or straight after placing your order. This will ensure we do our best to have your order with you asap.
* For all other orders that are not sent Standard Post, the situation will be accessed. The shipping courier, plus cost, will be agreed upon by both parties (customer & Inner Metta).
Tracking details will be sent straight to your inbox once order has been packed & finalised. Delivery times range from two through to ten days, this is dependant on how many kms you are from our head quarters in Cairns, Queensland.
If your order was never received
Please check your tracking number supplied first. Then email christina@innermetta.com to organise an alternative.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we have received your returned item if there is no way of tracking it. Once again, all items must be in an unused, resalable condition.
